Hey there, To anyone here who would be willing to help a fella in Australia. Hardly any record stores here took part in Cassette Store Day. Fair call - the day is kinda ridiculous! Regardless of this, there were a couple of tapes I was after, namely: Saviours - Crucifire Immortal - Sons of Northern Darkness Does anyone here have a local record store that has these still in stock, and also would you be willing to help me out? Cheers!

Just finished playing the new Wolfenstein on PS3. Although I found it short, I did enjoy it. Now back to playing Skyrim. Or maybe I should go outside and sit in the sun for a change...

Was wondering if someone could give me an answer to this (and apologies if this has already been addressed earlier in the thread) but there are inconsistencies with the cat. numbers for all the Mondo releases listed on Discogs. It lists 1-5, skips 6 and 7, proceeds with 8-18, skips 19, then onto 20 and 21, skips 22, then onto 23, skips 24 and 25, onto 26, then just jumps all the way to 42, which is the Batman cat. no. What?! Does anyone have an explanation for this?

It'd be like if Star Wars Episode I came out now, its memorabilia being launched prior to the movie, going for hundreds on ebay, and look how that movie turned out. I like that movie, and a bunch of people do, but also a shitload of people don't.

don't get me wrong, I've been a Batman fan since I was like five or six (i'm now 29) and I've seen all the LOTR movies only once each. the point i'm making is the LOTR movies have already proven itself to be a popular franchise, and while Batman and its various forms are beyond popular, this new tv show hasn't yet aired so I wouldn't compare it to LOTR because it may be a flop. of course, I hope this won't be true.

wasn't me. anyway, i still hope at some point the hype will die down regarding those badges. even though Bruce Wayne, Jim Gordon, and the GCPD are established characters, the Gotham tv show is something new and I personally wouldn't compare it something like LOTR which is well established, but that's just me.

Yeah I had read somewhere only those who got did the zip-line got the badge, but I had hoped this wasn't true and I also didn't realise it was a 3 hour wait. Oh well, worth a shot. Thanks for the info ben.

Nice one, Shelby. This is a good way for collectors of vinyl and genuine Bat fans to score one, rather than people snapping up everything they sell, just because it's associated with Mondo. Wonder how quickly they would've sold had they sold on the WB store or elsewhere. Plus, to keep the flippers away, somewhat. I realise I've got a low post count/zero feedback, but if you were willing to sell a Harley + Clayface to a fella in Australia, I'd appreciate it.
