  1. southern? dude Zao isn't southern... That being said Zao fans (myself included) are pretty nuts. This last record is one of my favorite metal albums ever and I'd probably shit if I saw it on wax.
  2. A girl just sold one for 275 but it got that high because of bids.
  3. I think the inclusion of offers to blow Virgil illustrates the joking nature of my offer. Oakland stop taking yourself so seriously.
  4. I'm a big dude with a beard. Or do you have to be useful to Virgil to get picked? I'm down for giving head if he's wanting...
  5. You could easily sell through a pressing of 200. Shit I'd by 5 just to hang around the house.
  6. who wanted this? i got a copy i'm willing to trade.
  7. I have a million of those old story records that played on this thing. I still have it. I used to listen to my smoking popes christmas 7' on it. I use a Denon DP29F thing is freaking awesome. http://usa.denon.com/ProductDetails/529.asp
  8. Did it ever occur to you to go to down to the venue, find the band outside of it, tell them you were under 21 and offer to buy a copy on the spot? I mean, nuts -- I see your point to an extent, but it's not like 21+ shows have armed guards at every corner stopping underagers from stepping within 100 yards of the club. If you were a)a fan of the band, b)knew the album was out on LP and c)wanted it, you could've gotten it. Totally true. However getting your folks to drive you two hours to the nearest show so you could wait outside of the venue, get a copy and then drive back without going in isn't really going to happen. As for mail order, I was strictly cash, and interpunk and all the other distros/stores i found it in only took credit. Living in a small town at 15-16 blows, but it blows more if you're a vinyl nerd.
  9. I was just about to write the same thing. It's a little on the elitist side, but f**k, if you wanted a certain band's record, you should've been there instead of listening to Nickelback and Papa Roach. Or in my case you couldn't legally get into Lucero shows. The idea that if you weren't there you were listening to bad music is fucking retarded. Lucero shows in my area were always 21+. Why should I never get to hear TMFW on wax just because I was too young? I mean shit if I could afford a 140 for a single record I would, because that's one of my favorites but I freaking cant. Someday I'll have a big paying job, but until then it would be nice for "punks" to stop bitching about the market value of their pieces and be happy that other people are enjoying an amazing record on vinyl. Screw collecting what about loving the music?
  10. Wait till you're done, and then do auto add numbers.
  11. If you feel really bad I'll happily trade with you one of your more rare ones for one of the 7 totally awful colors I got. I mean I'm a good dude like that.
  12. No the obvious answer is to be disappointed. And I hope to someday live in your magic world where a 100 bucks isn't a big deal.
  13. Scott some of us are really really poor and need this. Hush yo self.
  14. what about the people who got it really fast? Why should the slow pokes win
  15. According to the band, and the interview i did with them for mammothpress.com http://mammothpress.com/index.php?area=readinterview&pid=153 let me come home will be out on wax sometime.
  16. Its supposed to be Hi everything's great on white. but i got it from Vinyl Collective.
