nah its jsut mike kinsella is probably my favorite musician and up until i just put my 7 inch on my record player, i had never even heard of this city on film. i'd rather a limited, hand-numbered picture of mike than bob.

i like the CD art more, but the vinyl one is pretty funny, and limited.

i got the picture of bob, im willing to trade for one of mike. anybody got it?

the preorders also got a handnumbered photo of the art. im assuming mines at my house right now, cant wait to go home and see all the records ive gotten the past few weeks.

ive got a mars volta one, but sorry man im not looking to sell it any time soon. i guess the first 100 preorders of amputechture on vinyl got it, its pretty sick.

yea, some of the albums are much better than others but i too think they are all good albums. even though sometimes in reveire and sound the alarm are a bit annoying, still good albums.

for sigur ros vinyl i have hoppipolla 7" and seaglopur 12". both of which are probably like out of 10000 haha but whatever, they are neat and i love sigur ros alot. circa survive however, im pissed. i was gonna buy it at one of their shows like 2 ears ago but i forget why i didnt. i either didnt have the money or i didnt want to carry a record while walking around boston after and riding the train home. stupid me

i wish i had the money to even think about starting to build a sigur ros collection

and to add to that, mike usually plays all of the other instruments on his albums. so he never really has a "band" of any sort ever

i dont think id like seeing owen songs in full band. i like how it's jsut mike, and i like how going to see him live you get to see different versions of some studio songs which are recorded with additional instruments

yea man. last night was the first time ive seen them since "church mouth" has been out and jesus, that was so fucking good. I always loved their performance before but this was jsut insane. they are really good at jamming, it was so fun. rocky votolato was great as well. VINYL NEWS: the merch guy told me they are releasing another EP soon, and then they are going to release all 3 EPs on vinyl in a box set type deal. !!!!!!!!
