It is at least 5 years, but that is what a plea does for you, you get some time taken off in exchange for not tying up the system/risk of not being able to prove it in court for something bigger. I wonder if the money paid goes to just the victims he had physical contact with, or if they are able to track down the ones in the videos and pay them as well.

Man, I was really hoping this would be on sale enough to make me cancel my Amazon order.

After watching Fantastic Four and thinking about it, visually it was a fine movie. I'm still not sure how to feel about the way Thing looked, I think the CGI could have been better but that was the least of the movie's concerns. Honestly, it had a lot of potential, I actually really liked the cast a lot and I liked the plot overall (what I mean is I like the premise, but it was a shell of a plot in reality and poorly developed). At the end of the movie it felt like I missed about a half hour of information every so often. I don't think I described that very well, but it basically felt like a hack job, and could have been a lot better. The movie was like 90mins, should have been at least an hour longer in total, with more development throughout. It almost felt like I watched the sparknotes version of the movie lol.

I'm curious as to if they will press on with the sequel anyway for the sake of the "Universe" they are trying to create.

I have been asking Andy to put You Brainstorm on vinyl since it came out. I'm always that annoying guy at shows asking them to play The Procession. So glad they are finally acknowledging that this music still exists.

Saw it with my dad this afternoon.. Best part was the Dradpool trailer. Really really bad stuff.

In for the Hussey album. Ross has pulled some shit that sucks and I would probably not like him very much in real life, but after talking with Nathan and hearing how happy he is with this release and how everything has been handled I can get past the bullshit.

Hell, I would even advocate people picking it up. It is a phenomenal record by an awesome dude who has been "paying his dues" for years and is finally starting to catch some of the notoriety he deserves. If you are thinking about buying a stupid Nickelodeon theme song compilation or a senseless reissue of an irrelevant pop punk band please let me convince you to instead grab some awesome new music by a wonderful musician who totally deserves your support.

I went to some crazy fun shows there. All American Rejects (at the first Swayze's), Mae/Fall Out Boy, Anathallo a few times, Spill Canvas, etc. I'm sure we ran into each other.

Woah. Crazy... Do you remember a dude busting open his shin on the edge of the stage during Gatabys? That was the drummer in my band.. That was a crazy good show. We must have unknowingly bumped into each other, I was pretty much in the front too, especially during Gatsbys.
