Yes it is. Yes - 10,000. Pre-order necessary? Who knows. Same amount as clear Carrie and Lowell - but this is a release a lot of people have, but it's more known? Tough to say demand on it. Although the pre-order on their site sold super fast.

Up on Amazon now for $28.55. I ordered with expectation that the price will come down. Still a little cheaper than AKR was.

This is not the Newbury release. This will not be repressed again by Sub Pop. It has been bootlegged at least three times, and I'm sure will continue to be bootlegged for a long time. Very simple and sometimes hard to tell between the fake and real.
