shitty picture with weird coloring. i got this 6 years ago. i essentially walked into a tattoo shop and handed the dude the album cover to s/t and the split with by the end of tonight and told him that i wanted a 3/4 sleeve. i don't hate the end product but i do feel the coloring is a bit blah and that it's a bit crowded. the headless chainsaw dude has a hand coming out of his neck giving the bird an egg with a theme of branches and leaves in the background. the bottom half of the chainsaw dude are tree roots which is hard to see in this picture and the chainsaw itself is cut off as well.

Yeah, I guess so.  But I've never ogled the Discogs login page to see which albums I own (or don't own), personally.  I just meant that Tera Melos is sort of an obscure listen to begin with, and most fans seem to be familiar with DTTDY and Patagonian Rats before the S/T.  At least the ones I've talked to.

Not that I doubt you, but that's crazy to me.  Such an obscure release to be fetching a demand like that... but what do I know?  Sargent House has been really good about keeping OOP albums in stock.  Glad this is joining the roster.  It's too good to keep out of the hands of Melos fans.

this album changed my life musically. i have a 3/4 sleeve based around early tera melos artwork. i am tempted to get this but don't normally mess with the variant game.

Maybe this copy will say what the sides are. My current copy has no etching to help and no markings on the labels. I literally never even know which disc to start with.

Well it was here when I woke up so that was amazing! I am super happy with the purchase. It's a single jacket 2LP. The lenticular cover is pretty dope but really not my thing so I was really happy to see that it was just attached to the front by 2 pieces of sticky tack. I was able to remove it without any damage at all and behind it is just the regular cover with the same artwork. The vinyl is black and placed inside standard sleeves. I will most likely be listening to it later tonight. All in all, I could see a lot of people complaining about the $35 price tag but personally I don't care.

God this thread is funny. Guy kept saying how much better the erased tapes version was going to be, it'll sound so much better, you should even get the black version on erased tapes instead of kranky, then when a cool little surprise happened and the kranky version is clear you were actually annoyed. You should be happy with your far Superior erased tapes pressing! (Except for The fact that your copy was damaged/doesn't sound great, which....is bitterly ironic). As for your sales advice I'm pretty sure this'll sell plenty no matter what.

And to the other guy complaining about kranky not cutting a deal give me a break. They put out awesome records and offer them cheap as hell with shipping included! You gotta be kidding me.
