  1. anyone who wants the Kerplunk LP, it might still be available on Cinder Block. i'm too lazy to post a link, but it should still be there. positive it's the last Lookout! press of it.
  2. really? mc chris? i doubt even mc chris would want mc chris pressed. hahaha yeah, but i like that record. he probably wouldn't, but i would. fan bootleg!
  3. never was super into Bane, but the clear/red variation of Give Blood just looks killer. i wouldn't mind having that one.
  4. which genres have the biggest vinyl following though? i'd expect it to be hip hop/rap, punk, dance/electronica.... well at least those are the most obvious ones to me. rock vinyl almost seems like they're novelty items, now. but that's just from what i can gather. i don't pay attention to that sort of stuff.
  5. i never listened to either of my red copies. i listened to the black one, though. it sounded pretty normal to me. but then again, i was playing it really loud, and i was in the other room doing something else. so, not a very valid opinion? haha
  6. first time i saw the loved ones, it was the big deal tour: Paint It Black, The Loved Ones, Shook Ones. first time i heard/saw shooks and i was in love. yemin was eating a burrito. hey brennan, you got a list? maybe i'll trade with you. i like the loved ones A LOT but it might seem like you may want the record more than i do.
  7. i saw underoath playing with thrice once. fucking singer spat on me. what an asshole. i don't eat at warped tour. most i've done was buy drinks. and i've done that like twice in the 5 years i've gone.
  8. yeah. it's like you can hear every single little pop and glitch in the beats and stuff that just gets lost in digital formats and cd.
  9. i ordered mine from loserkids.com geez those were the days...
  10. yes and one pressing had hand numbered sleeves. i dont remember which one though. one of the guys on the wiki has one.
  11. The Loved Ones - S/T 10" (red/green splatter) blink-182 - Lemmings (yellow) NOFX - War On Errorism (white)
  12. i dont have much time to listen to records. i'm usually doing something else. if i find that i want to listen to a record and actually sit down and enjoy it, i'll close my door, turn it up to a comfortable volume, lie on the floor, and stare the artwork and read the insert. i'm planning on getting a new receiver so i can use the bose headphones my sister got me for graduation. :] the postal service sounds a billion times better on vinyl. i usually listen to the first Clash LP when doing art or writing papers.
  13. i just attended the one last sunday at mountain view (about an hour and 15 mins from where i live) and i'm considering going again in sacramento in august. i've gone to every one since 2002 and i would agree with the people that say that the line up has gotten weaker and weaker each year (this year def. being the worst). but there's something about it that i'd miss if i didn't go. it's almost like a summer ritual for me. they used to have the bay area date at the piers in SF--which was absolutely beautiful, by the way. but they changed it to a shitty ampitheatre that was super unorganized. so that pissed me off.
  14. ALL - ALL Any AQUABATS release Kings Of Nuthin' - Get Busy Livin' or Get Busy Dyin' EP mc chris - Dungeon Master of Ceremonies Westbound Train - Transitions they should all be put out on wax.
  15. How It Goes on colored 3xLP would be incredible. i want Good Luck on vinyl.
  16. oh, waiting for me at the post office is Foo Fighters - The Colour and the Shape 2xLP and i just pre-ordered Big D - Strictly Rude 2xLP and Phenomenauts - Re-Entry 2x10"
  17. http://www.silversprocketlabs.com/ Pre-order.... nice. thanks guys.
  18. cost me $16. i was shocked to the ground when i saw it was colored. i had to sneakily slice my nail through the shrinkwrap without the clerk noticing to find out. that's a fucking steal. i sold mine on ebay (BIN $100) and about a week or so before that, a sealed copy sold for $120.
  19. where did you score that? a private sale through a person on the nofxwiki. not sure if he's on here though. did you need one?
  20. sorry about that man. it sucks. bad times when i had dial up. i forgot what auction it was, but i would've won if it hadn't been so slow.
