Hey, tis the season for miracles! What better way to spread some holiday cheer than with a Manson thread? I'm drooling just thinking about it. An HT exclusive would be very nice, I'm just not down with most of the records we get in lately. Oh and how bout an etched shock logo on the D side while we're at it? (okay maybe not) XD

If that were to happen, I would prefer the standard tracklist for it and not the one on the currently "available" color pressing. I just can't dig actually listening to the songs in that order which is probably why I've only listened to mine once. I guess it was an interesting idea, it just didn't sound as cohesive in practice. You know, we never seem to have too many good records in stock at my store and I can't believe people actually manage to find AS or other gems on clearance at HT!

Sorry dude, I think EMDM is his worst record by far XD I know pic discs aren't known for great sound, but I'd love to own the original AS one just for collectability...that being said, I'd be much more likely (guaranteed even) to buy any represses from Portrait to Holy Wood at a less exorbitant price than the hundred dollar crap floating around on Greedbay. I really want the blue/white Mechanical Animals too, hopefully you guys can get some sweet colors for that if the time comes

it was a purple/black. We talked about doing it for 25 bucks. Honestly I'd much rather have that color but 16 is pretty darn cheap...

honestly I've only been collecting for a few months so my collection is rather small and I doubt I have anything you'd want :/ If you were willing to sell I'd pay well above the purchase price though.

Today Gallows announced a new 7" ep titled Death is Birth and it sold out in a few hours. I'd love to buy a copy if anyone managed to get one. I'm pretty much open to paying whatever you'd like for it so hit me up if you've already ordered one!

Quick question (and I fully expect to be flamed for this), but humor me, as I'm new to turntables. What's so awful about USB? It's pretty clear that all the high end turntables lack this feature, but I'm just curious as to why USB tables are so frowned upon. Now to be clear, I'm just a broke college kid who wants something to play his records on. I don't have the budget or the space in my apartment for a whole sound system (though that would be great at some point later on)

from what i hear, the pressings differ in that pressing one has a barcode on the back and two doesn't. And according to what Kevin just said the first pressing is much more valuable

I'm just waiting for all the flaming to begin but this is a legitimate question (I'm new here, I'm already getting hate...sue me for asking....) Why does everyone here REALLY want Brand New albums? I've seen Deja flying around for embarrassing amounts of money, I just didn't know they were that popular, especially in the vinyl community. Also Kevin, I took a lot of abuse by some guy calling me a "dumbass" and collecting for the "wrong reasons" because I paid like 7 dollars over average price for an ALK3 record and then posted on the Infirmary repress thread. Some people here are really disrespectful to any new collectors :/
