  1. Strawberry Wine is one of the best tracks on the album.
  2. Worst thing I saw this weekend was Brendan Kelly solo acoustic. I kinda figured it would be since he hasn't put out a single thing worth listening to in almost 15 years but wow was that awful. Buddy and I just sat there laughing.
  3. Both Blue Meanies sets were awesome. Cerebral Ballsy was a real nice surprise. Enjoyed The Cure as well.
  4. If you like the new album, Rock N Roll is a likely progression for your next album.
  5. Yeah, I don't trust those tards though. I think they were screwing some folks over on the 1984 release.
  6. New single "No Shadow" up for sale at Bull Moose http://www.bullmoose.com/p/16985695/ryan-adams-no-shadow
  7. It was also stated in an article that there are plans for it to be released for Record Store Day (i know you already know that though, haha)
  8. Thought it would be funny, does it really matter? Though, you're welcome for the link...
  9. Does a couple 1984 songs at the end of the stream. http://soundcheck.wnyc.org/series/in-studio/?utm_source=sc&utm_campaign=nav&utm_content=is
  10. That said, you guys should check out the Shadows from the World Cafe session a couple days ago. Really good. While still flawed in some areas, I'm seeing a lot of improvements from this band since their Newport show. I'm now cautiously optimistic. The Peaceful Valley is also pretty good from that World Cafe session
  11. This is a generic Rock N' Roll album. Would never make my Top 10 Ryan Adams album list but at least it's probably better than Ashes & Fire. Looking forward to Blackhole. The Door is killer.
  12. Brendan Kelly added to Blue Meanies after show Sat night.
  13. This. Used to have this soundtrack on CD. Loved it when I was a kid. Great compilation of tunes.
  14. Blue Meanies, Primus and The Cure. Sunday has a pretty awesome lineup.
  15. Found it on What? Definitely sounds better. Probably because they jammed all the songs onto a 7". Probably should have been a 10", TBH
  16. Picked this up at a steal (sold out now) http://www.oldies.com/product-view/29019V.html
  17. Cool, thx. I'll do the same when if I stumble across it as well.
  18. Nope, basically just want an answer to what I asked. I'm gonna wait for it to hit a torrent site (because I don't pay for the same things twice) regardless but want to know if there's an upgrade to be had with the iTunes tracks. If not, I won't even bother keeping an eye out.
  19. Let me know if there's a quality increase w/ the iTunes tracks versus the 7"
  20. FYI, 1984 is up for purchase on iTunes and it comes with a bonus track. New song called "Look In The Mirror" which doesn't seem to have any relation to any of the 1984 tracks. Still pretty good though.
  21. Throw Ryan Adams on as a Riot Fest headliner and people would be like, WTF is this shit? Has Riot Fest sold out? Then he goes and does his set and people realize that he's way more punk than all of the teenie bopper pop punk bands on the bill with him. Would be epic.
