Man, Happy Hollow is so underrated. It has some great songwriting & arrangements on it but to each their own, I guess. Anyone notice one of the b-sides is called Supernova 95 like Supernova 75 by Tim & Matt's old band Slowdown Virginia. Both b-sides have a kind of (polished) Slowdown vibe to them.

Yeah, that's what I figured which is why I thought I'd mention it. New Junk Aesthetic had to grow on me but Hot Damn!, GP & TBD I liked right away from what I remember.

I like every thing from Hot Damn! on. I actually liked Gutter Phenomenon a lot too but I don't usually listen to hardcore or whatever ETID can be labelled as.

it came in the box set! with original artwork even. and that was what? $30? something like that? Yeah but having it in the box set was different. The sleeve was smaller & all that. I'd much rather have this version.

I just got my tickets for their show in less than a week! Did it say if these ship early?

i think happy hollow is fantastic as well, BUT it is also my least favorite cursive album, (not including this one, which i haven't heard enough of to have an opinion yet) but that just goes to show how solid of a band that they have always been, even since the crank days. hell, even the stuff on disruption is solid to my ears. If you feel that way then can you please try to sell me on Mama, I'm Swollen? I've tried so hard to like it both when it came out & recently but it wasn't happening. It could be the drumming I don't know.

I feel that way about Mama, I'm Swollen but I love Happy Hollow. It has some of Tim's best songwriting & great production/arrangements.

Even more stoked on receiving my LP now. Any idea when the b-sides will be downloadable?

shhh... the lyric sheet should be a surprise. It is great though. It's Cursive in full form. Happy Hollow was full form too but people always call it a disappointment. I think it's great. Edit: I can't wait to play this on my record player though. Hopefully it'll turn up before the end of the week,

Any. As long as it's well kept. I got The Big Dirty, Gutter Phenomenon & the last one brand new so it would be nice to have one that at least feels brand new.

I might consider trading a clear Ex-Lives for Hot Damn! It's the only one I need now & I'd be okay with re-buying Ex-Lives on black.
