As long as they offer fair prices & good pressings from good sources I think it could be a good idea. They're just trying to give people what they want rather than press something that a lot of people might not care about. Seems more like a voting/pre-order system then straight up crowd funding.

With all this Blurred Lines talk I do hope there's some Pharrell presence on this half.

Me too. I took the 7" off my wish lists. That b-side doesn't really make it worth owning if it's going to be on this.

Also curious as to how limited the special edition will be. Hoping it'll be as nice as the QOTSA one.

Hopefully there's no further delays. I agree about wanting the first 2 Fiona Apple albums on vinyl too. It gets annoying having missing albums because they weren't ever pressed or are way too limited.

My deluxe finally shipped... well shipping soon but same thing. I wish I got this last week but Amazon.ca keeps shipping music pre-orders late.

Yeah. Essentially saying he isn't a product. He also isn't selling his album. By selling I mean pushing. Very little advertising (other than the projections), no artwork, no pre-orders, etc.

Kanye isn't even giving anything away for free & hasn't mentioned or even hinted at anything other than his "Not For Sale" live projections being misinterpreted. Not sure why this thread completely shifted to talk about that. But yes... Country fans don't know how to use computers so even nobodies reach high up on charts.

Amazon.ca keeps being late with these preorders. Amazon.com has them in stock & .ca is out of stock & my copy hasn't shipped yet.

Getting around to listening to the leak now. It'll determine if I cancel my deluxe preorder & just get it in stores whenever I find it. I listen to QOTSA for the production & it sounds promising so far.

I got a copy last week for $25 total.

I can't wait to hear this on vinyl. Been listening to the stream as often as I can. Thought it was just good at first but it's definitely a grower.

So many bootlegs. This is going to turn into a problem. If only Def Jam were on top of things as far as vinyl goes. Strange that Big Boi's record gets pressed but Frank's still isn't out & the only version of WTT is stupid.
