Yeah, I can certainly understand that. If I would have gotten an automated email response stating it'd be a couple months I would have been cool with that. I just got a little nervous after a month not hearing anything at all. Plus I'm spoiled by VC, Fat Wreck and It's Alive Records being so quick-to-ship. Damn vinyl revival! *shake fist*

I had the exact same problem. I waited a month, sent an email. No response. Waited another week, sent another email and they got right back to me and received the Re Volts 10" 3 days later. On black, which was cool because I wasn't part of the pre-order and I think that is /50.

So I wake up a little earlier than usual since you guys got me all fired up to score some RSD releases and get a couple good deals, maybe talk a little record nerd talk. I cruise downtown and hit the store, which had little flyers with the Record Store Day logo on it, on various colored papers, promoting the event. Once inside I head over to the vinyl section and ask one of the employees for the Black Keys RSD 7", to which he finds out they didn't get ANY of the RSD releases. and then! he says "well why don't you just buy the CD? That song is on it." Record Store Day ruined.

I'm actually having the same problem. Where are you finding preferences at? All I have is File, Edit, View, Project, Generate, Effect, Analyze, Help Or is it because I haven an old version of the software?

My record day store sucked. They were on the list so I wake up early and go down there and ask the clerk for the Black Keys 7", he says they don't have it, but I can buy it on CD. I say, "what are you drunk? It's record store day, I want the record" He says, "I'll be drunk later" I leave, disgruntled, as usual.
