Well I really don't want to get into a discussion of semantics here but regardless of how you interpret the words there are concrete and definitive legal differences between sexual assault and rape.

Update: Contacted them via email about the missing copy and either they missed the message (benefit of the doubt) or decided to ignore it. 

I guess I have to call them.

This album is so fucking good. Wish I hadn't missed out on the early bird pressing.

Oh, I was wondering what that email was. What's weird is that I got two emails, one of them saying something was shipped to me and another one saying the same thing "Keith Amann has sent you something" and it had shipping information for someone else entirely. I kinda just shrugged it off because I figured that email had been sent by mistake. I wonder if somehow one copy got shipped to me and somebody else ended up with the other one. Not sure how that could happen but... maybe. 

And unfortunately it didn't come with a receipt, but my online order shows that I ordered and paid for 2.

I haven't yet. Was waiting to see if anyone else here knew of something going on that I didn't know about. I'll reach out to them tomorrow if I don't hear anything.
