  1. Damn! I was always so bummed that the vinyl version of Wasted Days was not the same as the CD one. I have wanted this to happen for so long, but am only hearing about it now. Anyone know of any way to get this? I dont see it on Ebay or on discogs

They've just now started shipping.  I just got mine yesterday.  I'd expect them to start popping up in the near future, assuming anyone's willing to part with theirs.

What can we say, we LOVE vinyl so we couldn’t pass up the chance of releasing The Copyrights new 7". No Knocks comes out this summer and contains three fast and furious pop punk tunes from these Midwestern Salukis. The tunes are so catchy and fun that you’ll wish you didn’t have to hold down a day job so you could follow The Copyrights on their current tour with The Lawrence Arms. You can check those dates, plus their upcoming tour dates with 7 Seconds here! Pre-order the 7" next Monday and look out for a new album on Red Scare later this year!

  3. It's a fun album but it doesn't have that magical first kick of the other lp. I think it lacks an anthem or two. There is nothing like "stick em up" and it's sorely missed with all the ballad type songs on MI. Good record but I miss that variation.

I'm loving the new album, but I can't disagree with this.  It also seems like most of the songs are either about forlorn love or being a criminal, but not both.  Part of the charm of the first album was the mashing together of the two topics.

Rally is Junior Battles' follow-up to 2011's Idle Ages. It's 11 songs long, and it's an expansion of the sound you already love from the band.

Rally will be released digitally on May 27 (you can preorder it now for $7) and the band will have CDs while on tour and at Pouzza Fest (preorder a CD for $10). All downloads will be sent the day of release. Vinyl will ship around the end of June and preorders are live now as well!

  5. I just messaged La Escalera via Facebook asking about my order - I got the Nothington 7" along with the new Success and The Loss EPs.  The Loss was listed as being released on May 9, but has been delayed until next month, so they told me everything else would ship out this week.

They seem to be a bit more communicative via social media vs email.

  6. My assumption would be that to truly buy the shit out of this record, you'd pick up both variants and not be a "maybe" on that front.

Haha, well I'm trying to save money right now because I'm getting married in 3 months, so my record budget is a little tighter than normal.  Hence the "maybe."

No tests for this one will be available, We only were able to get 5 made and Aaron has one, The bands manager has one, the original label has one, I have one and my art guy has one.

Cool, thanks for the heads up.

  7. We chose the colors for both retailers

ETR is Orange/Green Swirl -   /500 copies and ONLY at ETR webstrore

Hot topic has 350/500 on SOLID GREEN and etr will have the other 150 for those who are variant collectors and want to save shipping on getting both in the same place

Totally buying both, as well as a test, if it's available.  This album was a life-changer for me.
