not true.. when the labels release "dj friendly vinyl" it will come in 2-4 records depending on how long it is (single or double CD)..it's easier to find songs in a dark club when there are only 3-4 songs per side. right on brother.. +1 for that..

I was listening to Lethal Injection by Ice Cube yesterday.. gatefold cover, double LP great packaging and it sounds really good..another good one is dr dre - the chronic.. they sound awsome.. or maybe the weed made it sound better..

well Minty, for two reasons. 1. Cobracoustic is arguably the best song on Sitting Army and to not include it is jsut fucked up. 2. I don't mind bonus LP tracks(Teenage Bottlerocket) but when you sub alternates in place of the original tracklisting is just throws off the album IMO.

well thats fucked up..^^ off topic but, I always wondered why butthole surfers don't get much praise when they talk about the local scene here..

most of my records are hip-hop singles, promos.. they are all decent quality but not as good as rock/punk records.. my 2 Pac - Me Against The World is super thin, though. I always thought that was odd.. most of the full length albums are gatefold with 4 records which sucks cuz everything seems stuffed in there..

It's also on the end of the euro press of Sitting Army instead of Cobracoustic. wow, I would have been pissed if I bough that press.

I see nothing wrong with bands wanting to own the music they created, but they should have read and understood the contracts they signed.

just ordered the set for me and a buddy. We need a repress of the split with Billcan and Draw Mohamed needs the vinyl treatment as well..

I saw teenage bottlerocket and the queers last night at red 7. I'll be heading back tonight to see streets dogs @ emos..

I just saw them last night at Red 7.. Awsome fucking show.. they're are stage right now as I type but can't make it...

I haven't seen any of the LP's but there is a buttload of the 7's around.. I didn't realize they were all from the same pace until I got the TSOL one..

they are not overpriced..they were 4.00 each..

Reason I'm asking is because most of these are pressed in small numbers and they press a bunch of different bands from different labels in this 'series'..

I do not collect variants..

I went ahead and ordered the falcon record also.. I got my TBR confirmation as well... all I need now is the split with the prototypes and the live record and I'll complete my tbr collection.

Toby getting all these records pressed has me feeling funny in my pants and I like it..

great band and even better people. they, along with frank turner and cobra skulls crashed at my pad last september and they were awsome to hang with. I hope i run into them or get to catch a show at SXSW next month..

I got 3 maroon for me and some friends.. I also still have both black and white Never Be A Machine 7's if anyone is intrested in a trade.
