so I guess this album leaked, not sure when it's actually suppose to drop but it seems kinda weak to me after one listen.. has anyone else heard it? what do you think? Wow, Sex Vid is actually doing pretty well I see. Their singer use to post on a Texas related message board for years and then he kinda disapeared for a while, it's good to see he's still doing the music thing.

I don't think he meant that he rushes his songs. Dan just takes months to write, I guess he's a bit of a perfectionist.

I doubt Derek will ever sing a trio song. I saw an interview where Matt said he would love to have more Dan songs but that he writes them faster and dan likes to take his time, So dan might only have a few songs ready when it's time to record.

A&I was hard to listen to at first but most of the album grew on me after a few listens. I'm glad they only played 3 songs from that album when I saw them in Vegas last summer and they only played 1 song from crimson. As for this song, I liked the melody and music. I'm sure the lyrics are top notch but can't make them out from this video. Some of the melody did sound like another trio song but can't place it right now, hopefully all this means is that they are gonna stop the attempt to move into hard rock and at the very least go back to the good mourning era. I highly doubt we will ever heard another godammit or MICF but I', stoked for the new album.

for me it was The Lawrence Arms and Cobra Skulls. I couldn't get into brendan's vocals and I didn't get into the Cobras becuase a buddy of mine was all over their nuts and I didn't give them a chance... But now brendan is one of my favorite songwriters and i got a cobra skulls tattoo now..

we are coming to san antonio! the tour that these dates are part of is 62 days long -so we're going just about everywhere! these are just the dates that aren't booked yet. anyway, the san antonio show is at the warhol and the other bands playing (that i'm aware of) are stallone, joe lawler and the mathletes, and possibly shang-a-lang. Cool. Nick from Stallone does a good job of promoting his shows so you guys should get a decent crowd. The Warhol just Changed their name to The Ten Eleven in case you didn't know. They got sued by the Andy Warhol Foundation and decided not to fight it.

Keep me in mind if you ever come down to San Antonio.
