  1. Depending on the severity, if you go to a doctor they are only going to want to put you on a prescription. They may suggest talk therapy, too but they will never tell you to change your diet and incorporate vitamin supplements. Fish oil is really really good for anxiety and depression. Also, kava extract and passion flower are both good, too. I would eliminate wheat and dairy (if you can) and see how you feel. And try to get regular exercise. It sounds tough, but changing your diet and lifestyle and going to talk therapy is infinitely better than just taking a prescription and dealing with the negative side effects that they all have. Of course, these are all suggestions depending on the severity of your anxiety. Sometimes people absolutely have to have a prescription.
  2. Yeah, we just went to see this tonight. I was totally stoked but left disappointed. It had promise but they just didn't execute it well.

  6. The best part is, the issues they sent me are out of print and highly sought after by our readers -- into our eBay store they go! That's because they were all from the bathroom in the VC office.
  7. Ok, here is more advice from a woman's point of view: in my personal opinion birth control should be avoided. Besides the obvious side effects it's just not natural and totally tricks a woman's body in to thinking it is pregnant. I got totally fuched up from the nuvaring DO NOT use it! If she has to be on something, make sure it's low hormone as possible. Also, have you ever heard about womens Mayan abdominal massage? You may not believe in alternative medicine/therapies, but it cleared up a ton of the lady problems I was having associated with my cycle. If you are interested in finding out more or have any questions I know a lot about this kind of stuff, so feel free to PM me.
  8. Its not bad at all. You're under a small amount of anesthesia (sp?) and you barely even notice whats happening to you.

  20. It's a good thing my bf and I have the same cell carrier, otherwise it would be expensive as shit to text as much as we do. We don't live in the same city, so that's why we text a lot.
