  1. Hey! So seeing that the 3rd box set of Fela Kuti LPs is coming out soon made me realize: I still need vol. 1 (The one curated by Questlove)! I got vol. 2 not too long ago but haven't managed to locate a copy of Vol. 1 since being turned on to his work. So I'm looking to trade (primarily) but would be willing to throw down some $$ for a copy of the Fela Kuti vol. 1 Box set. (Problem is, I can't afford the current $275 asking price on discogs.) Here's my tradelist: https://deadformat.net/tradelist/brantelg Almost anything is up for grabs in this offer. There's only a couple things I'd say no to. And keep in mind, I'll trade in your favor for this one! Some things I have up there that may interest you (or at least seem to go for a lot on discogs): Brothers Collateral & King Buzzo- J.R. Richard Lathe Brandi Carlile - Self-Titled Vampire Weekend - Modern Vampires of the City (Signed by the band) Regina Spektor - Begin To Hope Sufjan Stevens - Illinois (Red/Green Vinyl) Kishi Bashi - Live On Valentine's Day Janelle Monae - Electric Lady (Red Vinyl) Studio Ghibli Mondo LP Diplo - Express Yourself Sigur Ros - Agatis Byrjun Miles Davis - Kind of Blue 50th Anniversary box set (Blue vinyl) Pedro The Lion - I Heard The Bells On Christmas Day Father John Misty - Fear Fun (Turquoise Vinyl) Yo Gabba Gabba soundtrack Gorillaz - DoYaThang Thanks!
  2. maaan i wish i hadn't bought that Sufjan at full price. but i bought that Panda Bear
  3. So I just saw that today's PopMarket deal is this Norah Jones Collection. https://www.popmarket.com/popmarket/details/29248417?feature_id=30433255 Do you guys think that with it coming into stock at PM that Amazon might get some? The plot thickens maybe?
  4. Stream the whole album. I love it. http://www.npr.org/2014/07/20/331347295/first-listen-jenny-lewis-the-voyager?ft=1&f=98679384
  5. I'm sure he appreciated having a "normal" interaction with someone. That is, someone who wasn't just like "OMG A FAMOUS PERSON"
  6. From what I can tell, its this one: http://www.discogs.com/Pavement-Slanted-And-Enchanted/release/2299966
  7. The Nothing Over $10 Sale! Hey! So I spent a bit too much money lately, so I'm selling some stuff to get to equilibrium. I went a little crazy during the recent Urban Outfitters clearance, so I'm looking to pass on the savings to you! A lot of this is stuff that I bought at that sale and then sat down after and said "why did I buy that?" so its still unopened, in the shrinkwrap! Not trying to make a profit here, trying to come out even, which is why everything here is $10 or less! These prices are not PPD, please include $4 for shipping (Not per item, per order, unless you order a lot of stuff). I would be happy to make deals if you buy a few things. $10: Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti - "Mature Themes" * (Shrink wrap is a bit tattered in the corners, and there is some shelf damage on the bottom edge) Chelsea Light Moving - "Chelsea Light Moving" * (Same As Ariel Pink's Condition) Deltron 3030 - Event 2 The Dodos - "Carrier" (Smokey Grey Vinyl) * Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks - "Wig Out At Jagbags" * Okkervil River - "The Silver Gymnasium" * Pavement - "Slanted And Enchanted" * Pure Bathing Culture - "Moon Tides" * Saintseneca - "Dark Arc" * Soundtrack - "Girls Vol. 1" (Urban Outfitters Exclusive - Pink Vinyl) * Superchunk - "I Hate Music" * (Shrinkwrap is ripped off of the corner) $5 (Will do $4 if bundled with one of the above): Blitzen Trapper - Black River Killer EP Dispatch - Circles Around The Sun Death Cab For Cutie - The Open Door Girls - Broken Dreams Club * = New, In Shrinkwrap It all got sold!
  8. I skimmed through as much as I could. Some killer deals in there (if you like Shearwater, you can get two of their albums for about $8 each) If I hadn't gone crazy at the Urban Outfitters sale, I would have gotten more, but I just picked up: Ben Folds Five - Ben Folds Five $10.75 Phosphorescent - Here's To Taking It Easy $10.75 Nickel Creek - This Side $10.78 Joanna Newsom - Clam, Crab, Cockle, Cowrie $6.48 so $38.76 total Not bad.
  9. Were u able to pick up Devendra Banharts "Mala" or James Blake's "Overgrown"?
  10. If anybody spots Devendra Banhart's Mala at that $5 price point, please pick it up for me. Will throw you a few bucks extra for the effort.
  11. I'd be buying those Royksopp & Robyn and Jungle records TODAY at full price if they had them
  12. Hell. Yes. Hitting up UO tomorrow. Going to make this count b/c I don't live anywhere near one.
  13. A. Thanks a bunch. Yes, the $10 vinyl is what I was referring to. Super stoked. B. Yes, the text in your post is running off the side on my browser as well.
  14. Has anyone in this thread been to the Orlando Urban Outfitters during this crazy sale I've been reading about? I'm going to be visiting Orlando later this week, and since there's no UO closer to where I live, I'd like to hit up UO if they have anything on sale, but would rather not go out of my way if they don't. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of its gone by now, given that the Mall at Millenia is such a tourist-heavy place.
  15. You can buy it for$8 from discogs http://www.discogs.com/Osso-Run-Rabbit-Run/release/1967155
  16. Yo so it seems there's quite a bit of new stuff on clearance here. Worth checking out: http://www.gohastings.com/browse/MUSIC/Ns/p_price/Ne/2455/N/2457+2609+3631+4294934577/departmentName/MUSIC.uts
  17. My apologies if these are listed somewhere on the site already. I searched and didn't find them. I was looking at the Double Fine store and to my surprise, found both Brutal Legend and Dropchord have been pressed on vinyl. I figured some folks on here might be interested. They're $30 each. Brutal Legend: http://shop.doublefine.com/products/brutal-vinyl Dropchord (Green Splatter Vinyl): http://shop.doublefine.com/products/dropchord-vinyl
