danementzer
Hey folks, I got into snowboarding at the end of this season thanks to some free gear from a buddy. Now that I'm hooked I'm looking to pick up some apparel, goggles and things like that. I know there are tons of places that try to dump gear at the end of the season, I just don't want to miss them in my excitement. Thanks in advance. travis
You can check The House, not sure how much they will be discounting gear but they usually have some decent deals
parkinglot
http://www.evo.com/ http://www.dogfunk.com/ Or, depending on what you're looking for I can sell you some stuff for cheap. I have extra jackets, pants, goggles, mitts, helmets, pretty much everything.

NoFxpunkguy
Good sites already mentioned. Here's a few who haven't been. Christysports and backcountry.com. The house has great deals right now with a bunch having 20%+ off in cart. Grabbed a new set of ride rodeo bindings for a shade over $100. Make sure when getting bindings get ones with canting in them to save your knees

NoFxpunkguy
I would recommend before buying a board that you do a ton of research and demo boards. Try different sizes and see what feels comfortable. heres a good site to help you... http://www.snowboardingforum.com/boards/132265-how-buy-choose-size-perfect-snowboard.html heres my ride... 2015 Never Summer Revolver with 2013 Ride Franken Rodeo bindings
danementzer
I was given a Capita board and Burton Custom bindings. Then I picked up a pair of Burton Hail boots at an REI garage sale for $20. I've been using clothing that I got from deployment, and it's done a decent job, but it's not designed for boarding. All I need now is some snowboard specific gear. I have been scouring those sites, so thank you all for the links.
