I've become completely addicted to 'A Thousand Surfaces', and have spent the last few months on a Mike Huguenor-related binge. All the bands Mike Huguenor is in are absolutely fantastic, and Shinobu has become one of my favorite bands of all time. I think this group is an incarnation of the Pixies, and this album grows on me exponentially every time I listen to it. I think it's the best album I've heard in the last ten years.
