I ordered something from their Big Cartel site last week and I tried emailing them about my order a few days ago. I never got a shipping confirmation or a reply to my email. All their social media and web stuff has been silent too for a while now it seems. Don't wanna go on some crusade to track them down but it would be cool to get in contact with them.
