abovetheearth Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 there was a mythbusters episode that tested whether or not cavemen, while making ceramic pots had unknowingly recorded themselves and surrounding sounds via the vibrations of noise and the straw they raked the wet clay with. it was a neat show and i cant find it anywhere. I think that may have stemmed from a CSI where they caught a murderer by using the grooves in a piece of pottery being formed while plotting the crime. I remember it, too.
