I paid 12.90 euros for shipping, that should be air, correct?

I should mention that I paid for it the day I won it.

looks like he shipped as small parcell for 12,90 EUR

Small parcell is surface unless you pay extra for airmail.

He could have it sent by airmail letter post for 8 Euro instead

The first thing I'd do is try to contact the seller to find out what method he sent it. If he isn't responsive after a few days, open the Paypal dispute since it's been a month. If he did send it surface, I guess you've got some more waiting to do. But let him know you'll open a Paypal dispute after 44 days just to CYA and you'll cancel it once the package arrives.

I always give the benefit of the doubt when the seller has good feedback. I recently inquired of a single from the UK that didn't arrive after a month and it turned out that their postal workers had been on strike for 15 days. And sometimes a seller just flat out forgets to mail a package, I've even had that happen on this board. Shit happens, as long as you have a responsive seller, I wouldn't be too concerned. But don't let 45 days pass...
