hyperrealist Posted October 5, 2008 Share Posted October 5, 2008 Baroness "First & Second" CDs have arrived. Both EPs remixed and remastered, packaged in a foil stamped custom digipack with o-card. Here are some pics... These are available from Hyperrealist right now. There is a paypal button on the homepage in the news section. Baroness have these on tour right now or you can order from Hyperrealist for the next few days. These will be available from the Robotic Empire webstore and shops everywhere very soon also. hyperrealist Posted October 5, 2008 Author Share Posted October 5, 2008 The LP will be a gatefold jacket with a printed sleeve and, of course, some color vinyl. Some of which promises to be pretty sick. More on that as it develops. I don't see it happening any earlier than the end of the year, but with the shorter weeks due to the holidays coming up and other releases ahead of it, there's a good chance it won't make it until the new year. The CD is a nice way to pick up the new mixes at least. And we did package it to make it a disc actually worth owning. So, its got that going for it... The drums sound bigger and the clankiness of the bass is gone. All six songs now sound like they belong on the same record. The new mastering job was done by Scott Hull. Any orders placed this week will ship next day. After this week, I will most likely take these down and direct all orders over to Robotic Empire.
