dynamitekid
I have a question about a record I have and I was hoping you guys could help. I have a copy of milo goes to college by the descendents that was pressed by new alliance records. I think that is what sst used to be called by I am not sure. I haven't seen anyone selling it on ebay or anything so I was wondering if anyone had any info on it. I'm not willing to sell or trade it; I just want to know. Thanks! impact
the original pressing was on new alliance, i read somewhere that the 1st pressings came with a lyric sheet. i have an orginal pressing, and it comes w/ a lyric sheet. it also has new alliance stamped on the back of it as well. Guest abravemorning
Me and danalive were looking at this at Goner Records a week ago. The label just says "original pressing," so I assume its New Alliance. It's $50. Is that a bit high?
vinyljunkie
when was the last time you looked on ebay? i sold one a month ago for 25 dollars, and i just sold one a couple days ago for 29.11 original press on new alliance. also New Alliance was not what sst used to be called. Both New Alliance and SST existed at the same time as 2 seperate labels. it was started in 1981 by the dudes from minutemen. in 1987 they sold the label off to SST which had already existed for years. at which point SST transferred their back catalog to the SST catalog. mike
With the lyric sheet they tend to go for around $50-ish. No one knows how many, but only the early copies had the lyric sheet.
