This is totally on my diet, and I made it for dinner tonight. pjaicomo Posted January 28, 2009 Author Share Posted January 28, 2009 I did it 2 years about for like 3/4 months and lost about 30 lbs. It definitely works. It is easy to gain it back if you don't keep on it though. Although it probably took about 2 years to gain it all back. The trick is drinking a ton of water because apparently you piss out the fat. BUT THAT IS SOMETHING I CAN'T FACILITATE 3. how long did it take, prep and all IT TOOK PROBABLY 30 MIN. TO PUT TOGETHER. 2.5 HOURS IN THE OVEN. IT WAS PRETTY SIMPLE 4. seconds?
