I'm pretty sure they just took a handful of the numbered versions and wrote the lyrics on them and sold them on one tour. I bought it from them in 2001 I think? As far as I know, those are the 3 pressings. Then there's those 50 signed tour LPs, but I don't know if those count as part of the pic disc pressing.
