Good daily exercises?

i dont feel right if i dont exercise 4-5 times a week. but thats stems from growing up as a fat kid and being about 75 lbs overweight (which ive since lost and dont wish to ever go back to). honestly, i think the best thing for you is good ol' fashioned weightlifting and cardio. its a whole lot easier for you since youre not really looking to lose weight/burn fat. just being active in general will make you more healthy.

my friend downloaded it and threw up half way through.

i've run a marathon and i still throw up from running sometimes, its all about limit and conditions.

you just have to gradually build up. only only use the ab/core, yoga, and stretching because I'd rather hit weights hard for 30 minutes instead of taking an hour and a half to do arms. but i'm not trying to lose weight. though, this program is seriously great for weight loss because of the high amount of cardio & constant movement.

also, just organize the torrents by size and the biggest ones are the complete series.
