devinr Posted May 16, 2009 Share Posted May 16, 2009 So my landlord called me today and told me that the house he owns and lives in is being foreclosed on therefore he will be moving back into the house I live in. He gave us notice that we need to be out on July 1st. It was in our contract that he could do this but I never thought it would happen. Dammit. The landlord was such a weird dude with tons of quirks who got in to a house he should have never purchased and didn't rent it right. Oh well, it was a bad situation for them anyways. controlthebleeding Posted May 16, 2009 Share Posted May 16, 2009 i moved to philadelphia and got a job at the acme, and 2 days after arriving, the landlord said she was selling the house and i had to move within 2 weeks... luckily i found a place (thanks to her) for cheap rent ($125 a month plus $100 utilities) in a decent neighborhood in paoli. the roommates were kinda cool, but it wasn't like living in the house that i was going to live in. oh well.
