goraiders
id probably do TLA, but I just went to the revival tour in Sac and it was pretty great. At least Chuck and Frank were great, the other guys were all pretty good but not that exciting. The songs they all played together were a lot of fun too. adamlikesmusic
Lawrence Arms easily. I just saw them Thursday and the show was fucking phenomenal. Lawrence Arms, Teenage Bottlerocket, Cobra Skulls, and Andrew Jackson Jihad. Easily one of my favorite tours ever.

patron
I wish TLA, Cobra Skulls, TBR, and AJJ came here. But in no way am I complaining about getting to see Cobra Skulls and TBR here two weeks ago.
goraiders
i mentioned this to james, but should i go to stockton to see TLA at the plea for peace center for 10 b ucks and an hour drive or should igo to the best venue/ bar in sf for 14 and an hour and a half drive. i feel like itd be laem to see lawrence arms when theyre sober and being pc
opivy
TLA doesn't tour as much. I'd go see them to make sure you catch both at some point.
adamlikesmusic
They were hilarious here. Brendan kept giving TBR shit because they played an encore, even though they weren't the final band. (I was glad for the encore, though, as it was my favorite song of theirs)
jordan999
I did both, Revival Tour on Saturday at El Rey and Larrys at Chain tonight! i feel like itd be laem to see lawrence arms when theyre sober and being pc they played a sober venue tonight and were far from sober. i'd say brendan was too drunk, couldn't even talk. Went to Revival at The El Rey, but didn't make TLA at Chain. Heard from my friend that the set suffered due to Kelly's inebriation.
goraiders
lawrence arms were really good last night I thought. They didn't play for too long, but played basically every song I wanted. And they were drunk but not too drunk and sounded really good.
slymer
Tough choice. Thankfully I was able to go to both last weekend. They were both great shows. I have to say I was really surprised how great the Revival Tour was considering this years line-up wasn't as stacked as last years, but Jim Ward and Audra Mae were both really good. Given a choice though, I'd go with Lawrence Arms, Teenage Bottlerocket, Cobra Skulls.
