Guest falloutcollapse
i don't think anything was announced color and press wise yet though. so i 'm not holding my breath. my main concern is that it is being put on on vinyl, and by such a stellar guy
riddle350
This is streaming on myspace right now.
Guest falloutcollapse
i don't want to listen to it until i can get ahold of a physical copy. i think that the streaming myspace sound quality sucks and i don't want it to alter my opinion on the album

morgan
I've had a 320 rip of the album for like a month already but I want to hear it blasted in my room on wax.
ronniethebear
This record is fucking vicious. It's a big step up from Gutter Phenomenon, in my opinion.
skumbucket
that's good, because gutter phenomenon was definitely a step down.
ronniethebear
See, I don't see it that way. I think the songs were excellent, but the production threw a lot of people off. This is a band perfecting their "sound".
skumbucket
i guess i might be one of those people then, because i didn't enjoy it nearly as much as "hot damn!" maybe i should give it a few more spins before the new one drops. stevenontheradio
I do like Hot Damn! better than Gutter Phenomenon but that's not to say I don't also love that record. I also wouldn't say it was a better record either. To quote ronniethebear "this record is fucking vicious."
oakland
The new one is better than the last one for sure. NOt better than Hot Damn. I don't think the first record even places.

mattisr1984
i got into etid when last night in town came out, hot damn is my favorite though. i can honestly say i enjoy every single thing this band has done which is a rarity these days. i could kind of do without keiths singing and wish they had their more chaotic/frantic sound that was in the earlier material but theyre still a favorite of mine easily. the new record is solid and beats the shit out of a lot of garbage that gets the same amount of attention.
