I would not, however, recommend this for average day to day cleaning. This is for records that look like they were unearthed from a beach somewhere. whenslunchrecords Posted March 23, 2010 Share Posted March 23, 2010 i tried this on two $1 records of sorts and it cleaned them pretty good, so I took a recorded pressed at GZ with the odd haze on it, its been sitting for a day and a half, when I get home im gonna pull the glue off and see if the haze or whatever it is... is gone.. gojira Posted March 23, 2010 Share Posted March 23, 2010 Who knows. It was a Jamaican 45 from the early 60s. They used whatever they had on hand to press on. It could have been mostly vinyl with pretty much anything as a filler.
