Mine's a 30-year loan and barring an extremely rich relative dying and hooking me up,p I don't see that getting shaved down very much. I very much enjoy being able to listen to records late at night after the girlfriend goes to sleep without the volume being super low. That and we've been fortunate with higher-paying jobs that we used to make extra payments whenever we can. if we had a bedroom on the same level as our bedroom, I wouldn't be into having strangers live with us. we have a doozy right now - his name is Sylvan, he once told my bandmate he goes by Shin Blade, and he was serious. upon hearing this, I googled the term and found this: www.blackplanet.com/shin_blade/ who would fuck with a house with a Shin Blade living in it? not me.. better than having a security system or big-ass dog.
