really don't see what's ungrateful about appreciating S1D's great corrective actions. Honest mistake or not, the key word is mistake. Even though it probably wasn't their fault, it's still their problem. If you're fortunate enough to get a free, OOP record out of it, there's nothing wrong with being happy about that.

Oh and as far as taking advantage of them, I wouldn't be surprised if by now they knew which orders were sent the wrong records. Besides that's pretty fucked up.
