I'm amazed Cipher is still around, I used to do 'Model Congress' events w/ Moe and some ex-members like 15 years ago. Extremely smart dude. We were a bunch of mega nerds. A ton of European bands picked up on it as well -- go find the Area 51 2xCD comp that Victory put out in the late 90s and you'll find plenty of bands in that ilk.
