Amazing that nitrous is controlled by the FDA, had no idea. I've never done it personally and I certainly enjoy my fair share of substances, I don't see the point of it. Also if you do 2 or 3 at a time you disassociate for a couple seconds and can't hear anything but this 'womp womp womp' noise in the back of your head. I did 2 at a time twice and apparently kept breathing in and out on the balloon well after it was empty until my friend took it away from me. Worth trying, I guess. I know it's legal here.
