Prophylaxis (vinyl) is on Broken and still in print. I LOVE J Church, I'm just not sure what this include and why it would be pressed. We have gotten pretty close before, but then there were so many other records. It will be a normal jacket whenever we do... not a gatefold. And it will be pressed in the US next time.
