There's a little bump on the tube where it must have caused the crease, but it didn't look bad until I unrolled the print. Maybe there was another to be delivered and as it was being placed into truck for delivery two mail carriers decided to settle their past differences via poster tube fight right at that moment. I've raised the price a bit on postage/handling so we can afford to purchase the heaviest tubes we can. It adds to shipping weight, but will cut down on that sort of thing from occurring in the future. If you would like to send it back, I can refund you accordingly for the print.
