rivals Posted January 16, 2008 Share Posted January 16, 2008 I realized today that my Minus The Bear - Highly Refined Pirates preorder hasn't gotten here yet and remembered that I got a delivery confirmation number from VC with it. I find that e-mail and check on it, and apparently it was forwarded to my parents' house [which is a three hour drive away] while I was out of town on Dec 22 and it still hasn't arrived. At this point I'm fairly convinced it's lost in the mail. For some reason this was the only package they forwarded, the other three I got while I was gone they left with my apartment manager. Also a little irritated that about three weeks prior to the release I e-mailed VC asking them to ship directly to my parents' address to avoid something like this happening and they confirmed that it would be sent there, but still sent it to my apartment. I would agree, except I'm convinced that on some of those days, they don't come at all, which only infuriates me more. I probably spend more time mad at USPS than anyone else in the world.
