I figured he would only say that if it said something on it. it is a first press, the thing is nowhere near new. the guys at hot topic had said it was found in the back while cleaning out their inventory. thats why it was so cheap, it looked old. the represses just started going out not too long ago. Maybe we're thinking about different records. The Alkaline Trio / Hot Water Music was pressed and released in 2005 and 2006. The first pressing was ~900 and the second pressing was ~2100. The label said there was no difference in pressing (basically they just made more). If they found it in the back, it could easily be a year and a half old and still be from the second pressing. I list mine as the first pressing because I'd like to believe it is, but I was just wondering what made you sure enough to say it was (like if it had a sticker on it or something).
