bigmonkey
Mmmmm....DEADRAMONES is a great song, I'll have to go check them out. Thanks folks, you guys are, as always, awesome.
ryanwood
My freind was asked to do a show in atlanta, he was also told its going to be their final tour, so i believe it, this band needs to break up anyways
counterfiction
why does MLIW need to break up?
Guest genericinsight
They're playing a free show here in Madison on March 29th...I don't listen to a ton of hardcore, are they worth seeing? i like this band alot, but i heard they weren't very exciting live. but it's just what i heard they're great live but you need to see them in a small setting to really get the full "MLIW live experience". I've seen them so many times and the smaller shows and house/basement shows are always better. I also think they're the kind of band who's live energy feeds off the crowd reaction too. kurtz
I also think they're the kind of band who's live energy feeds off the crowd reaction too. Very true. When they did a headlining tour right before the KYI split came out, I saw them play and only about 20 people showed up. They still played well, but not near the energy as other times I've seen them. mattisr1984
deadramones is a good starting point but my love, my way is the definitive MLIW album if you ask me. so fucking good.
xjustinxschwierx
the first four songs on Witness crush My Love My Way...which is a superb record...but IMO was quickly overshadowed by after Witness came out. I love how people call out "play more old songs" at their shows. : : : : : : :

Was that the show at Championship vinyl after they had moved?
devilstrombone
I remember seeing MLIW open for Bane. He was cracking a bullwhip over the crowd. It was great.

I believe it was the show right after the KYI split rec. release in NY.

They're billing it as the band's final Chicago show.
nickbuysvinyl
maybe they hate Chicago?
xjustinxschwierx
maybe they hate Chicago? Chicago is the home of one of their labels. They probably have more ties here than any other city outside of Marshalltown.
