My screen printing process (Spidertrooper)

Recommended Posts

Built myself a work table in the garage. Had suspicious guy working at Lowes cut the wood in the store to save me a step.

Gettin' ready to print the red. Rigged up a counterweight with a little jug of water, clamp and bolt in the wall above.

Red down.....STOKED.

Blue down...sweating that one a bit and lost a couple troopers along the way. Shed a tear for the fallen.

Black down...finshed, phew. Lost a couple more, screen flooding was not my friend on this color.

The ones that came out good came out GREAT...25 to be exact.

11"X17" on bright white cover stock.

Signed and numbered out of only 25.

Thanks for playing!

You can get a trooper to take home right here...

I got lucky that my garage is pretty wide open. I cleared out even more stuff and put together a 4 color press. The table where I do flatstock is 8 feet long so it works out pretty good.

Other steps are a little crammed or have to be figured out. Coating has to be done in the garage at night with my little yellow light, since the garage door has windows. Little stuff like that.

Cassie, you are a definite inspiration!
