nothingnatural Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 I bet there's zero people here that give a damn but both Spilt Milk and Bellybutton from the band Jellyfish were reissued. I guess they came out like four months ago but I didn't hear a thing about it. I saw them at my local shop tonight and thought they were originals for a second. Picked up Bellybutton and had a gift certificate so that was awesome. I listened to this album a lot when I was a little kid. Good old 90s power pop. If anyone here actually likes them, I'd recommend getting the colored 180g versions. Each are limited to 1500. An unlimited press is coming soon but they're gonna be standard weight and have standard jackets. These are cut from the original analog masters and Bellybutton sounds awesome. Really surprised to see love for this band here. Endless great shit came out in the 90s. My shop only had one of each. The wholesalers are all out of the colored versions so they won't get more but I know there has to be a few places online that still have em. Edit - Reckless has the blue version of Bellybutton for $17.99 which is below retail. No Spilt Milk though. They have multiple stores so you may want to call and check availability and maybe even see if they have Spilt Milk but just didn't put it online.
