almightyseancore Posted May 1, 2012 Share Posted May 1, 2012 i seem to have a hard time doing this. phone calls all go straight to voice mail and they haven't responded to my email. i ordered the first 2 black flag 7"s from them 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived, and i can't log into the 'account' part of their web site for some reason. anyone know a better way to get a hold of these guys? mxv Posted May 2, 2012 Share Posted May 2, 2012 They are usually very fast to ship and I once had them ship me a wrong record and when I emailed them, that was the only time in history they replied. I've tried to ask them questions countless times outside that and they never reply to emails or answer their phones. They send things via UPS so you should have gotten an email with a tracking # when it shipped. They also don't return phone messages either. I've ordered from them a bunch of times and it took two weeks or more for the majority of my orders to ship but that's no big deal. I've never tried contacting them so I have no feedback about that.
