Whatever Motorola is working on (code-named Droid Fighter) will replace it. I imagine it will basically be the same but with a better screen, 4G support, and a beefed up processor. Motorola will probably still support the regular RAZR given it's a decent entry level smartphone. You can usually tell when a new device is going to roll out because the current models will get a major price cut (hence the reason the RAZR is only $99).
