tylerrr
Should I get it professionally done and have them supply tubes? Buy the tubes myself and have someone do it professionally? Buy the tubes myself and do it myself? I've never bought tubes before and really need to get my rig up and running again. Any help would be, well... helpful. papermonsters
Yeah man, do it yourself. replacing tubes is ridiculously easy. No need in spending money having someone else do it. afireinside7444

rtw88
I know nothing about amps, thus I would never replace the power tubes and have to worry about biasing them and all that jazz. Replacing pre amp tubes is a sinch though.
kgry
Tubes come pre-biased now. Just ask for a matched set. Or a matched quad if you have 4 power tubes.
Daniel Dopp
I agree with everyone else. You can re-tube your amp yourself, unless you've got a vintage amp and you're nervous about messing with it. I've got an Orange AD30 that I re-tubed myself. Super easy.
