xxmartinxx
At one point I had 10 of them. Of course that was 9 years ago.
scottheisel
I won the green-sleeve box a few years back on eBay for barely nothing -- I wanna say it was around $40. This was back in '04 or '05.
scottheisel
Just checked my paypal records -- I won them back in September '04 for $51.55 ($59.55 with shipping) from sixinthemorning -- which is definitely the eBay handle of VC member xxmartinxx. Small world!

ericxthexred
i've picked up a bunch of the single 7"s over the years. hell found like 4 or 5 of them at a record store in town one random saturday. i think i'm just missing the jen wood/tim kinsella 7", but i'd like to have the boxset too. xxmartinxx
i bought two copies, one with gold sleeves and one with the full artwork versions, both around $60 or so about 2 years back Wait, there is a full-artwork boxset, too? Originally the dude at tree was either giving away or selling for a reasonable price the boxes to people who had collected all the original issues of the 7"s. Those original issues had the full artwork. I would imagine that the full collection of those would be hard to find, but anything is possible. seafoamgreen
What the balls... another GD variation?! I thought I had this shit taken care of! How many of the greenies are out there?
epheron
only the first 9 have full artwork. the 10th, the bonus a-set 7" never came with the full artwork. i have the box and then 9 of the 7"s loose (still need the get up kids / braid split but haven't really looked for it for years/if ever). scottheisel
What the balls... another GD variation?! I thought I had this shit taken care of! How many of the greenies are out there? Okay, so I understand this whole thing now. People who subscribed to the series got full-package copies of all the releases and the box to put them in; then after the series' completion, the dude sold 300 box sets with the records in either gold or green sleeves and no excess packaging (this also explains why there was a CD insert inside the box set I got). Andy, there were 200 gold-sleeve box sets and 100 green-sleeve box sets, according to Tree's pressing info page on treerecords.com. Of course, that doesn't explain this: White sleeves WTF? christopherods
as i mentioned, i have the full artwork sleeve version & the gold version. i would be happy to take pics. i dont really know much about the history of them, so i am assuming the information you guys provided is correct. i never actually saw or knew about the full artwork version so when i saw it up on ebay back then i grabbed it. i have no idea how many are out there, of course it would be nice to know. i wonder how many subscribers there was at the time... seafoamgreen
Thanks for the clarification, Scott. Is that version just the full artwork ones with the box? My full artwork copies all have white sleeves... Oh, and we haven't even mentioned the tour version of the Get Up Kids/Braid one...
epheron
euro tour version. it was put up for sale on the tree website right before tree went out of business, i think $15 a pop.
