Mainly involves visiting a lot of sport related places. Olympics, wimbledon, etc.
mikeytags
I know this is a pretty generalized question, but are there any tips to record shopping in London? Anything I should be looking for in particular that I wouldn't be able to get here? any UK pressings that are especially better than US pressings? i'm into a lot of british bands, punk, rock, ska/reggae, trip-hop, etc etc... nothing's really off limits, just looking to bring back some good finds. rudeboydh

Yes. I'm mostly into ska, and there are several things I want now that I'd have to get imported.1. Madness' new album just came out. Vinyl is only available overseas right now. I've heard it's pretty good.2. There's a new Specials live album that they recorded on thier reunion tour.3. The Skints - Part and Parcel. This is a Banquet records exclusive. Great band if you like a little hip-hop with your reggae.4. The Beatdown - Walkin' Proud. Canadian band, for some reason their record was pressed in Germany only. I'd say you'd have a decent chance of finding one in a store in London.
