I think it's really just as simple as the label blowouts are mixed in with the regular pressings. It didn't sell fast, so they put it on clearance. When it goes on clearance, more people buy it. When more people buy, there's a higher chance of someone getting a label blowout. I ordered one, and got a label blowout, too. I'm pretty stoked. But it had no special marker or anything. So I'm assuming it really is just random. Unless they have the label blowouts set aside and are just giving them to people who paid clearance price, which I sort of doubt. I could be wrong though.
