Snagged the two tapes last week before they formally announced having them. Glad I did b/c they usually sell out quick as they don't have many leftover from the tour.

 

I love the photos that Faith does that they're packaged with.  The ones in the Damien Johnston split are fantastic.

They had a bunch of tapes at the show but I spent all my money on records. The only tape deck I have is in my truck anyway so they would just warp in the heat, suppose its for the best.

I got mine in the mail last week, but still haven't gotten around to listening to them.  I like the packaging, but I haven't quite figured out the best way to open them without damaging the paper sleeve too much.  Juan, I'm open to any advice you have.

I haven't opened these yet but on past ones I took an Xacto knife and slit it below the sown part enough to not go through all the way. It was a bit frustrating to make sure.

That was my first experience too.  I was on a plane home after a very long trip and I figured it would be something I'd nod off too, that didn't happen at all.  Grabbed my attention completely.

i stuck it on whilst i was studying, for a bit of background 'droney' niceties. after a few minutes, i promptly put the study down and focused on the record. considering what i'd read about this album, i was expecting something almost ambient, so the album has surprised me a lot. it certainly is not background music. a wonderful collaboration; almost as good as the Mamiffer/Locrian one.
